3-bedroom caravan to let on a quiet family site in Abersoch on the Lleyn Peninsula, famed for its mild climate and miles of safe sandy beaches.  The caravan benefits from a large garden and patio in a very sheltered and sunny spot.

This site is directly opposite a beautiful long sandy beach.  You only need to cross the road and walk two minutes through the sand dunes.

The village is very close by and can be reached either by road or by crossing the beach and the harbour estuary when the tide is out.  It’s about 15 minutes walk.  The village has some great trendy boutiques, good grocery shopping, and some fine cafes, restaurants and hotels – oh, and a brilliant butchers for all those barbies!

The van sleeps 6 people comfortably.  There is one double bedroom, two twin rooms and the dining area converts to a further double bed for occasional extra guests.

The spacious lounge has ample seating, widescreen TV, video, DVD and radio/CD player.   The separate dining area can seat 6 people.

There is also a WC/shower room.

The caravan benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. 

The shed has garden chairs, beach games, wind breaks, inflatables etc and there is also a barbecue for your use.

Quilts and pillows are provided; you will need to take your own covers, sheets, towels and bath mat.

2011 Season – Rental Rates:
Rental is normally Saturday to Saturday but in low season, shorter breaks are available

02 April – 16 April £500 per week
16 April - 30 April £550 per week
30 April - 28 May £500 per week
4 June - 16 July £530 per week
16 July - 3 September £580 per week
3 September – 15 October £500 per week
